President, EnergySolutions Nuclear Services
Scott Duffy joined EnergySolutions in April 2025 as the President of Nuclear Services. Scott leads the company’s nuclear projects, construction, and maintenance and modifications business—serving both the existing nuclear fleet and emerging nuclear clients—with a focus on delivering safe, reliable results and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Scott brings more than 40 years of experience in commercial development and operations across a range of energy sectors—including nuclear, fossil and renewable power; LNG; refining and petrochemicals; and emerging energy transition technologies. His expertise spans engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), as well as maintenance, modifications and outage services.
Prior to joining EnergySolutions, Scott served as Senior Vice President and Board Member at Zachry Group, where he spent nearly 27 years in a variety of leadership roles. Early in his career, he held project engineering and operations leadership roles at Williams Industrial Services Group, now part of EnergySolutions following its 2023 acquisition. Duffy began his career in the electrical craft trade and holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech.
