Tom Nauman

Tom Nauman is an experienced nuclear industry executive specializing in commercial nuclear decommissioning (D&D), with a focus on commercial negotiations, contract management, and establishing key alliances and partnerships necessary for efficiently decommissioning retired nuclear sites.

With over 30 years of D&D experience, Tom has collaborated with existing owners and developed detailed transition plans for retired nuclear plants, leveraging lessons learned.

Tom’s hands-on background enables him to apply key factors that differentiate successful D&D projects. His experience from both perspectives—Utility Owner and D&D Contractor—facilitates effective collaborations, emphasizing teamwork and mutual interests critical to achieving shared goals.

John T Sauger

John Sauger’s experience is extensive, including building companies that have tripled EBITDA multiple times.

His experience also includes overseeing the decommissioning of the Zion Nuclear Power Station in Zion, Illinois, the largest and most cost-effective commercial decommissioning effort in U.S. history. John grew the EnergySolutions Decommissioning business from one site to seven in 10 years.

A strategic thinker, he has developed and grown companies by analyzing disparate data and trends to direct growth and expansion in key markets. He distinguishes between aspirational goals and those that deliver measurable results on a predictable schedule. He has evaluated new technologies for time-to-market, market size, and competitor impact.

John possesses a unique skill set for developing synergies between divisions of large companies to increase profitability and reduce operating costs. He provides due diligence for M&A evaluations, evaluates regulatory relations, and offers executive leadership and personnel pipeline development.

Sherri Wright has served as a trusted consultant and trainer for two decades, specializing in Root Cause Analysis, Incident Investigation, Corrective Action, Safety Culture Training, Regulatory Compliance, and Human Performance Improvement training programs. She founded Wright Solutions to continue providing training to the Utility, Pharma, Oil & Gas, and Aerospace industries, while expanding her services to the DOE and other government organizations. Her past performance with the NRC (Nuclear Regulatory Commission) and other regulatory agencies enhances her credibility in these areas.
