Tom Nauman is an experienced nuclear industry executive, specializing in commercial nuclear decommissioning (D&D) with emphasis on commercial negotiations, contract management, and establishment of the key alliances and partnerships necessary to efficiently decommission retired nuclear sites.

Through utilization of lessons learned, Mr. Nauman has over 30 years of D&D experience, collaboration with the existing owners, and establishment of detailed transition plans for retired nuclear plants.

Mr. Nauman brings the hands-on background necessary to apply the key factors that differentiate successful D&D projects. By application of experience developed from both perspectives (Utility Owner and D&D Contractor), effective collaborations can be established emphasizing teamwork and mutual interests between parties that are critical in achievement of mutual goals.

John T Sauger

Mr. Saugers’ experience is vast which includes building companies that have tripled EBITDA multiple times.

Additional experience includes overseeing the decommissioning of the Zion Nuclear Power Station located in Zion, Illinois. The project was the largest most cost-effective commercial decommissioning effort in US history. Mr. Sauger grew the EnergySolutions Decommissioning business from one site to seven in 10 years.

A strategic thinker who has developed and grown companies through assimilation of disparate data and trend analysis to direct growth and expansion in key markets. Able to differentiate between aspirational goals and those that will deliver positive results on a predictable and measurable schedule. He has evaluated the feasibilities of new technologies with an eye towards time-to-market, market size and competitor impact.

Mr. Sauger has a unique skillset to develop synergies between various divisions of large companies to increase overall profitability and lower operating costs, provide due diligence for M&A evaluations, evaluate regulatory relations and provide executive leadership and personnel pipeline development.

Sherri Wright has served as a trusted consultant and trainer for two decades, providing Root Cause Analysis, Incident Investigation, Corrective Action, Safety Culture Training, Regulatory Compliance, Education and Human Performance Improvement training programs. She created Wright Solutions to continue providing training to the Utility Industry, Pharma, Oil & Gas, Aerospace and expanding her services to DOE and other Government organizations given her past performance wit the NRC (Nuclear Regulatory Industry) and other regulatory agencies.
